Commentary A little bit of androgynous absurdity, a fusion of the masculine and feminine. Perhaps commentary on the rigid gender roles of American society and culture. Definitely a parody of sexuality, intended to repulsively attract the viewer. This is a piece from the beginning of my stubble phase. There's something about hair stubble that can transform any object into something that seems weird. A little wrong even. The breasts are supple, oh yes, but the accompanying hair stubble and the way in which they droop suggest testicles. Or breasticles, if you will. Originally Drawn December 2004 Ryan Thies © 2007
